1. Victorian Christmas Market – Fri 6 – Sun 8 December

The Lowry Outlet and MediaCityUK return with the Victorian Christmas Market. Enjoy over 100 tempting Victorian stalls packed with quality food, gifts. With entertainment provided from local brass bands and choirs, a Victorian Carousel, plus Dickensian characters – will be bringing festivities to visitors of all ages.

As part of your visit to the Lowry we hope you will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of thes traditional Victorian Christmas Markets and don’t forget our restaurant and Terrace Bar will also be serving food and refreshments so why not make a complete day of it and really enter into the festive spirit.

Fri 6 December: 11am to 8pm
Sat 7 December: 11am to 7.30pm
Sun 8 December: 11am to 5pm


2. Lowry Favourites – Ongoing

Lowry Favourites brings together a selection of works from the Lowry Collection, which includes over 400 paintings and drawings, alongside important loans from public and private collections around the UK.

Open: Sun / Fri 11am; Sat 10am.
Close: 5pm
Admission is free

What’s in a Picture?
A 15 minute talk, with activities, specially for families.

3. Saturday Playhouse – Sat 7 December

Saturday Playhouse offers a range of exciting art activities for young artists and their families. From drawing to print making to model making, there is something new to do each time.

This week, Celebrate War Horse by making your own galloping horse puppet and background!
