Something For The Weekend: Fri 13 – Sun 15 June

1. The Watery Journey of Nereus Pike: Sat 14 June Nereus Pike

Nereus Pike is floating down from the sunshine to the bottom of the sea. He’s not unhappy about this. He’s smiling.

Returning to The Lowry after the success of her first critically acclaimed solo show, Running on Air, performed inside her vintage VW campervan, this is a new show by Fringe First Award winning comedian and theatre maker Laura Mugridge, in collaboration with Katy Schutte and Tom Adams, with live music from Tom. Expect an epic tale, animations, sea creatures, an impromptu rave scene and a nautical jumper.

“A beautiful engaging journey into not only myth but also humanity”
