BBC Culture in Quarantine – Swan Lake Bath Ballet

Missing Swan Lake? Corey Baker (last seen at The Lowry with his NZ inspired Kapa Haka Tale) invited ballet dancers from across the world’s leading companies to recreate a moment of Swan Lake in the privacy of their bathrooms.

The result is a fun-filled, coloured-water extravaganza where Ballet meets Busby Berkeley, and the isolation of quarantine gives way to the indefatigable spirit and joy of creation.

Dancers include members of our popular Birmingham Royal Ballet, who are already scheduled to return in spring 2021. You may want to try this at home!
