Maggi Hambling

Maggi Hambling, whose exhibition of seascapes at The Lowry proved to be one of our most popular exhibitions, has been in the news recently, following the unveiling of her statue commemorating the writer, philosopher, and advocate of women’s rights Mary Wollstonecraft.
